One Generation Credit is used for one accepted image workflow submission inside RUNER MAKER.
Are results guaranteed?
No. AI-generated results are probabilistic. A workflow may return a blank, incomplete, inaccurate, or commercially unsuitable result after it has been accepted for processing.
Will credits be deducted for technical errors?
Confirmed technical errors before accepted submission do not deduct credits or will be restored after review.
Can I specify the model or scene?
Yes. RUNER MAKER supports product references, scene references, model references, style references, and image-specific directions, as long as you have the rights and consent to use the materials.
Can I resell credits or my account?
No. Accounts and credits are non-transferable and cannot be resold, rented, shared, or exchanged for cash.
Do you offer refunds?
