Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 29, 2026
Welcome to RUNER MAKER, a desktop software product developed and provided by SoroSoro ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how our built-in AI-assisted workflow may process uploaded content, and how you can contact us.
RUNER MAKER is a desktop workflow tool for Amazon product image production. It helps users organize product information, upload reference assets, plan image sets, submit generation workflows, edit results, review history, and export image assets. RUNER MAKER is not a standalone AI API service or AI model provider.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect or process the following types of information:
Waitlist and contact information
If you join the waitlist or contact us, we may collect your email address and any message you choose to send. We use this information to respond to you and notify you about RUNER MAKER availability or support matters.
Account, purchase, and credit information
When purchases become available, payment processing will be handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We may receive limited purchase-related information such as your email address, order ID, product purchased, credit balance, transaction status, and refund status. We do not store your full payment card details.
Product workflow information
When you use RUNER MAKER, you may enter product names, brand details, product descriptions, selling points, marketplace notes, language preferences, and export settings.
Uploaded and generated content
You may upload product photos, packaging photos, brand assets, scene references, style references, specification files, and other materials you choose to use in your workflow. Generated outputs, image plans, edit history, masks, and exported files may also be processed by the software.
Technical and diagnostic information
We may process basic technical information such as application version, operating system, device type, error status, workflow status, credit usage logs, and security events. This helps us operate the software, prevent abuse, restore credits after technical errors, and provide support.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and improve RUNER MAKER.
- Process workflow submissions requested by you.
- Generate image plans, image outputs, edits, and export packages.
- Manage credit balances, purchase history, refunds, and support requests.
- Send waitlist or product availability updates if you request them.
- Respond to your emails and support questions.
- Detect fraud, abuse, prohibited content, account sharing, or resale.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations.
3. Built-In AI Processing And Third-Party Providers
RUNER MAKER includes AI-assisted workflow features. Some generation, editing, analysis, or translation steps may require sending your submitted workflow information, uploaded assets, prompts, masks, or selected outputs to third-party AI infrastructure providers for processing.
We use these providers only to operate the requested software workflow. We do not sell your uploaded images or product information to advertisers or data brokers.
AI-generated results are probabilistic and may be incomplete, blank, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using them commercially.
4. Payments Through Paddle
When checkout is enabled, purchases will be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect payment information, billing details, tax information, IP address, fraud prevention signals, and other information required to process transactions, issue invoices, calculate taxes, handle refunds, and provide payment-related support.
Paddle's handling of your information is governed by Paddle's own terms and privacy policy shown during checkout.
5. Legal Basis For Processing
Where applicable, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Your consent, such as when you join the waitlist.
- Performance of a contract, such as providing the software, credits, and support.
- Legitimate interests, such as improving the product, preventing abuse, and securing the service.
- Legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance requirements.
6. User Responsibilities For Uploaded Content
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload or submit, including product images, brand assets, logos, trademarks, scene references, model references, and style references.
Do not upload or request content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, adult, sexually exploitative, hateful, deceptive, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited by our Terms of Service.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the software, maintaining project history, managing credits, handling support, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
Local project files and exports may be stored on your own device. Server-side workflow logs, credit records, and support records may be retained as needed for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and support.
If a real waitlist system is used, waitlist emails may be retained until you unsubscribe, request removal, or the waitlist is no longer needed.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no software, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, account credentials, uploaded assets, and exported files secure.
9. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including by third-party infrastructure, AI processing, payment, hosting, or support providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
